Our classes provide a fun way to embrace the significance of health through yoga. Specially crafted songs enrich our curriculum making classes dynamic and engaging. Students carry these melodies and skills with them as they step off their yoga mat.

Time is on your side while I am teaching. As a former teacher, and as a parent, I understand that your time is very precious. Give your teachers or yourself a break… or tackle your ‘To-Do’ list.
class offerings
Offering 30, 45, or 60 minute classes at a variety of places including your preschool, montessori, daycare, or elementary campus. I am also available to teach small groups in home, private events, birthday parties, wherever suits your need. You provide the space, I provide everything needed for the class.
